Doublet Management Consulting Ltd. (“we”, “our”) provides business advisory services. This statement describes what information this website collects and how it is used. We collect as little as possible.

Information you give us

• Booking a Discovery Call. When you book through our Calendly link, Calendly collects your name, email address, and any details you add to the booking. We use this only to hold the meeting and follow up as you would expect.
• Contacting us. If you email or phone us, we use your contact details only to respond.

We do not create user accounts, process payments, or operate memberships on this website. We do not sell your information.

Information collected automatically

• Cloudflare Web Analytics. We use Cloudflare’s privacy-first analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across sites. It shows us aggregate visits only (pages viewed, approximate region, device type). No personal data is stored.

How we use information

Only to run the business you contacted us about: scheduling, responding, and improving this website. Nothing else.

Sharing

We do not share your information with third parties except the service providers above (Calendly for scheduling, Cloudflare for hosting and analytics), who handle it under their own privacy policies.

Your choices

• Contact us at phil@phildoublet.com to ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it.
• You can block cookies in your browser; this site does not depend on them.

Changes

If this statement changes, the new effective date appears at the top of this page.

Terms of Service

Fees and satisfaction guarantee

Our services are described in each engagement. The following applies unless your written agreement states otherwise:

• Profit Baseline ($2,500). If you are not satisfied with the diagnostic, you receive a 100% refund. You keep both reports either way. If we continue working together, the full $2,500 is credited toward the next phase.
• Advisory and coaching engagements (including Profit Acceleration, Exit Planning and Value Growth, fractional COO, and Flash Coaching) are billed as agreed in writing before work begins, either as fixed fees or monthly retainers. Either party may end a month-to-month engagement with 30 days’ notice; fees already earned are not refundable.

There are no memberships, subscriptions, or automatic renewals sold through this website. We do not process payments on this website.

Cookie Policy

We do not use cookies on this website. Our analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) is cookieless and does not track you across sites. The booking calendar on our Discovery Call page is provided by Calendly, which may set its own cookies when you use it; those are covered by Calendly’s privacy policy.
